   • We provide detailed time logs to clients to ensure transparency and accountability.
      

2. Project-Based Fees:

   • For larger or more comprehensive recruitment projects, we offer project-based fees.

   • The fee is determined in collaboration with the client and is based on the specific goals, deliverables, and timeline of the project.

   • Clients receive a clear and all-inclusive project proposal outlining the scope and costs.
      

3. Retainer Agreements:

   • Many of our long-term clients prefer retainer agreements, which offer ongoing access to our consulting services.

   • Retainer agreements are customized to the client's needs and typically cover a set number of hours or services per month.

   • Clients benefit from priority access and continuous support.
      

Billing Process:

• We maintain a transparent and straightforward billing process. Invoices are typically generated on a monthly basis for hourly and retainer-based arrangements.

• For project-based fees, we establish milestones and billing schedules in alignment with project progress.

• Clients receive detailed invoices that clearly outline the services rendered, hours worked, and any additional expenses if applicable.
